   Mary – Is this building three condo, each three stories? I can see your point about the barn look. It looks like they have a lot of windows, which is nice. Can’t wait to see the finished look.

   Paula- these are townhomes-fee simple. Each is three stories with the first level having a 2 car garage and a den or bedroom option. I’ve been following their development since they tore down the old garden-style apartments last year.
