Two great points Mary: where were the Builder Agents, support or something… and I too am constantly amazed about the lack of understanding about Buyer Agents…

And it sounds like from what you have written northern Virgina Buyers lose their right to (seller paid) Buyer representation if they walk in the first time without an Agent. Wow, that isn’t the way down here…

Mary – I think you’re right about these home buyers needing a buyer’s agent. I’ll bet if they had you as their agent they would have lots of their questions answered right now. I feel like I’m learning a lot about the Shirlington Crest Townhomes just from reading your site. –Bob
Mary – Sometimes buyers don’t get it! You should have stood outside as the greeting commitee and handed them a card from the best Virginia Buyer’s Agent.
Of course the builder may not appreciate it, but they were too busy to notice!
