I agree with you about needing to see a house in daylight before you really &quot;know&quot; the house and neighborhood, but in the seller&#039;s market we&#039;ve had for so long in Canada, waiting till the daylight could make the difference in getting an offer in.  Multiple offers still common in our market!

I like the look and feel of your blog, it is uncluttered and informative, and your photos are extremely professional.  Your blog &quot;makes sense&quot; the reader can see what you&#039;re doing and why.
