I just looked at the West Village and really liked the units and am thinking of buying. However, I am concerned to read this. Has anyone else had this experience?

You should inform readers that the West Village of Shirlington is a nightmare to live in. The floors are not Bruce hardwood as they claim. You cannot wear shoes inside or drop anything because the floor dents very easily. Also, they tell buyers that there is ample street parking, since each homebuyer is only alloted on permit space. However, there is never anywhere to park on the street and you will spend up to 45 minutes driving up and down waiting for someone to leave so you can park. The only other option is parking in another neighborhood, which is scary at night. This place is truly awful.
